Thanks There is an easy way to do it. 1) Select the panel(s) you are doing with the magic wand 2) Create a new layer 3) Contract the selection (if you have a normal size template then say by 10 pixels) 4) Flood fill the selection 5) Contract the select by 1 or 2 pixels and press delete This should then leave you with a 1 or 2 pixel wide outline for the panel you have selected on a layer of itself so you can colour it as you wish.
