just multiplayer not suspended change ur compatibility to windows 2000

The reason it can be played on a 56k connection and not a 8meg wireless is a wireless connection isnot always consistent. same as when you use a tv remote sometimes you have to press a button quite a few times to get it to change channel. when you are on wireless connection you can be getting different signals of internet although it happens it so fast that your computer dosnt detect it. your internet gos in and out of signal which sends your ping through te roof which will cause you to either ghost,warp or go solid. Yea write yourself a bot that does it. Logs on to website sends email. you can get people to write the bot for you.

Use end it all and Task manager in conjuction. Make sure port 2001 is open on your router and modem. Use cat 6 ethernet cables If everyone connects at 33.6k that helps. Patch 1.80 helps with net code. run a virus scanner and adware abwt 3hours before racing then rebot before your race normally helps.

Make sure Your drivers.txt is right. The easist way to install a car is using mod launcher too as TGA file and it does it all for you.

yea mate Vodaphone have a wireless broadband thats prepay and heard its ok. all just sign up for a xtra account and use all the hotspots. One of my ministock sponsors his bar is a wireless hotspot.

Just buy A Pc pocket with cell phone included as the internet is 3min on cell phones in NZ so that will be added to your Uk price but if you have net account and A pocket/cellphone you have free Wireless. Heaps of Hotspots in New Zealand. Im not to sure About if you need a account or anything

Hey guys. I live in New Zealand and was having the same problem and was running filters that had a adsl jack and a phone jack. I threw those filters away and plugged the adsl straight in to the phone jack buy using a phone jack adapeter which fixed my problem and all my phones are just being filtered by normal phone filters just phone filters no adsl jack bit. The ports that should be open on firewall, modem and router is 2001 as this is the port that Nascar Heat uses. If the other cars "ghost" for only a short period of time this means you are solid so smash everyone nd they will go flying lol. Well dont do that because it will ruin the racing but check that all scanners are turned off before racing. You can also Have problems if you are using Proxys from the us and Canada It is recommended if using proxys go from as close to the server a possible. Also things that can help is using Cat 6 Ethernet Cables for all your hardware! Unplugging Cable TV phones in the house! as these can use up precious line space If you have more then one computer on a router unlug the other one from router if not being used while racing Running enditall and Hijack this before a meeting Doing virus scans and spyware cleabers about half an hour before the meeting Rebooting before a meeting If you would like any more help PM me Cheers Rusty www.securexel.com
