  1. Hi, ok been on wireless for a while now but only ukdirt i seem to get cars dissapearing and people complaining of me lagging. So i bought a ADSL Cable off eBay so i can connect straight to our router. Now ive plugged the cable into the back of my PC and plugged the other end into the Router. There are 4 LAN ports and the downstairs computer is plugged into 1, ive plugged this one into 2. I cant seem to get it working / set it up as its still using wireless. All i want is to have my wireless setup & this cable on so i can change when ukdirt meets on as a cable trailing upstairs isnt a good idea lol Any help would be much appreciated, cheers

  17. nope, ive seen screen shots of them ingame, i know a render and a screenshot. Ive got a forum post as my home page showing people wanting wheels for the offline game but no instructions on which file to put them in and how to save them a a TGA or wat file. Dazza#815
  18. ok thx, now i need to know where to save and wat to save it as and waht to do to get it into my ooffline game. This is the wheel i want on my graada Est. [attachmentid=19704] Dazza#815
  19. yep, ive done that already, but i was wanting to know where about the actual wheel files go. I have changed/used all the wheels off nick morses site but on some cars are wheels i have never seen before and when i look at the driver text, there is no wheel_base lol. uyou see what i mean. I am looking for some different wheels like the cavalier one, or the escort one which i have seen on the forum pictures of cars that have been raced in the banger league with these wheels on so obviously some one know how to put lots and many more different wheel on the cars. I know how to do it, its just where do they go because they have to load from somewhere :S Dazza#815
  20. No, i do know that . I mean which folder can i put wheel into so that i can change the wheel_base on my drivers text to the ones i have downloaded or got off someone... Which Folder!? Dazza#815
  21. Wanted to change the wheels on the cars and ive used some of nick morses off his site but non i need. Where do they go to? which folder in my nascar heat one? Please could you post all of you finished wheels here so i can test them out? Dazza#815
  22. yeh ano, ive checked the downloads and downloaded them to the c:/program files/hasbro interactive/Nascar heat and it creates a folder called uk dirt in my documents and setting folder. i got a bit further this morning and i keep getting this message whenever i chose a car, something to do with the wheels... 16.05.765: ====================================================================== 16.05.765: Sep 6 2002 12:09:31 N W32 M6 R senor_b 16.05.765: ====================================================================== 16.05.765: mem: p/s/t t/a 510M/192M 1248M/882M 2047M/2025M 16.05.859: JoyBegin 16.05.859: data directory: C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\UK Dirt\Hasbro Interactive\NASCAR Heat\Data\ 16.05.859: Config Dir: C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\UK Dirt\Hasbro Interactive\NASCAR Heat\ 16.05.859: Add-on tracks dir: "C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\UK Dirt\Hasbro Interactive\NASCAR Heat\tracks\" 16.05.859: Running on WinNT version 5.1:2600 Service Pack 2 16.09.187: ddraw: created directdraw with ati2dvag.dll (RADEON 9550 ) 16.09.187: ddraw: version 0.0.0.0 16.10.140: vid: 64 meg card (reported:306.848755) 16.10.140: vid: using AGP textures (55), total: 64 16.10.234: vid: triple buffer on 16.10.296: texture: supports compressed solid texture 16.10.734: mr: 3D performance: 959 MPix/sec, 8815 KTris/sec 16.10.734: mr: fill rate is AWESOME, poly rate is AWESOME, machine speed is 4293064 16.12.234: bink(intro.bik): open failed (Error opening file.) 16.12.265: using sound mixer Sound 16.12.843: Using user driver file 19.16.875: name = *ArenaEssexR.trk/trkshot.img, image = 24a413c 19.18.218: name = *ArenaOldSkoolR.trk/trkshot.img, image = 2541c3c 19.18.500: name = *BirminghamR.trk/trkshot.img, image = 2541c3c 19.19.203: name = *CowdenbeathR.trk/trkshot.img, image = 24a413c 19.19.765: name = *KingsLynnNewR.trk/trkshot.img, image = 253e394 19.20.421: name = *Ipswich®.trk/trkshot.img, image = 253e394 19.20.843: name = *KingsLynnNewR.trk/trkshot.img, image = 253e394 19.21.234: name = *Long_EatonR.trk/trkshot.img, image = 253e394 19.45.250: name = *MildenhallRV2.trk/trkshot.img, image = 253e394 19.45.703: name = *NewtongrangeR.trk/trkshot.img, image = 253e394 19.53.781: unloading ui: 52.7 MB 19.53.781: SCO file !exists or !legit; creating empty one 19.53.781: unloaded ui: 52.8 MB 19.53.953: loaded race: 55.1 MB 19.54.109: ghost: Loading trackline *NewtongrangeR.trk/NewtongrangeR.gcf (Moz 55) [16.408665 sec] 19.54.109: setting driving video mode = 3 19.55.031: vid: triple buffer on 19.55.078: bpp: Track track.bpp should be rebuilt "release" 19.55.109: records: using actual track length: 400.000000 m 19.55.140: skill_range_fudge! 19.55.171: Warning: using default pit stall, which is inappropriate. 19.55.562: paintjobs: ~Novice Lau.tex does not exist 19.55.562: paintjobs: ~Novice Cap.tex does not exist 19.55.593: paintjobs: ~Lakey508.tex does not exist 19.55.593: paintjobs: ~Novice Blu.tex does not exist 19.55.593: paintjobs: ~Dazza#815.tex does not exist 19.55.593: paintjobs: ~Novice Lau.tex does not exist 19.55.625: ====================================================================== 19.55.625: () Panic: Can't use wheel basename "chrome", no such lod table "chrome.tab" 19.55.625: ====================================================================== 19.55.656: except: dec: exe 6b06c38 19.55.656: NON-DEBUG 19.55.656: ( 00419510 , none , my_handler ) 19.55.656: ( 004194A0 , EXCEPTION_BREAKPOINT , ? 23. the 'file attachment' didnt work so ill have to explain it in detail what my problem is now. 1. When i have the game running i have the banger background & music. 2. I press single player and all the names of the NASCAR drivers come up, all their cars with pictures and No bangers at all. But behind them is a banger but weather or not that is the background, i dont know. 3. i chose 1 at random which was 'rusty wallace'. 4. it then goes onto chosing a track which i have aldershot up. (the tracks seem to work fine) 5. i click aldershot and press select. 6. Next is the screen with...Practice, qualify, race - garage, setup. 7. i click race and the the race loads. 8.Then once the game has loaded, 16 RED NASCARs are driving around. WHATS GOING ON! 9. when i race all the damage shows on the cars but they are NASCAR'S and they are all red. the track has loaded well and is great but the cars is my problem. what am i doing wrong? Thanks, dazza#815
