sorted it now,2much details for 512 x 512 so saved it as 1024 x 1024 and was fine

paint all the panels grey then merge all then add a new layer called overlay then paint it as normal m8,thats using psp pretty sure its the same with photoshop

when i paint my cars using psp6 they look fine but when in the game now there blury any ideas?
