Sorry, don't think the courts can prosecute on hear'say. You keep going on about prove this prove that, where's the proof that it was the same people that supposedly hacked ebay's & paypals? The defence rests

This act mentions 3 computer hacking offenses and defines them as follows: 1. Unauthorised access to a computer system. 2. Unauthorised access with intent to commit or facilitate commission of further offences. 3. Unauthorised modification of computer material. Number 1. Forum acocunt, not system?! Number 2. What further offences?! Number 3. Modification?! So what was modified then?

Oh right, so its fine then for someone to hack into another forum. If they had access to that account, who else's account can they get into? I am also a member of ovalmotorsport and dont really feel safe with anything at the moment, forums, emails etc

Kendo, Again, not trying to cause any more upset but from where I see it, its been started in public so it should be finished in public (bear with me on this). Admin have decided to post the above screenshots so that everyone can see it, and now you want any appeals to be done via email direct to admin. Why can't the appeals be done on the forum for all to see, then everyone gets to see both sides and can make their own minds up. (Sorry if its not very clear, getting sleepy!) CC

Hi Guys, I don't mean to cause any arguments etc. (I'm a lover not a fighter!) but how come Ryan, Rik's & Woka's forum accounts have been blocked so they cant even post a response? Surely they should be able to say their piece or is it one rule for one and another for everyone else? It's double standards that someone can hack into their accounts and see personal info? We decided not to post any 'anonymous' screenshots that we have as we didn't want to harm UKDirt. Cheers, CC
