hi this is one of my skin attempt just put it up to see wot people think and hopefully get some advice

my bubbles aint the best how do you get the airbrush look?

There is a decal for the bubbles mate, i have attached it to this post for you

 

Just use the polygonal lassoo tool to cut them out, if u want to resize them then jsut copy them onto a blank canvas and go to image > image size.. something like that anyway lol
