Getting your own wheels into the banger game

At least 3 people have asked about this on MSN, so I decided to create a tutorial for it to avoid having to explain it over and over again. This is only for the banger game, I don't know about any others. The files mentioned in the tutorial, eg. wheel.3ds are included in the zip file. The tutorial is hardly professional looking but it should work

Might be worth people backing up any files they change within the game as it could cause cheat messages in servers.

I wrote in the tutorial not to use the wheels online as this could cause cheat messages and that they might want to back up the part.res file. If you are using a regular wheel online, but have the capability to use custom wheels, will it still cause the dreaded cheat messages? Eg. Say I'm being fenced online, using regular wheels, but I have added my own wheels into the part.res, will there still be cheat messages?
