pazza Posted February 6, 2007 Report Share Posted February 6, 2007 sorry its a bit late - i was having my tea (very late) i've attached the textures.bat file its what i used (don't know where i got it from) just download it into any folder put the tga in that folder (uncompressed 24bit) run the batch textures file and it gives you the car434.tga.tex, which you just need to rename to car434.tex post up here if it doesn't work car434.zip tga_to_tex.zip Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Go to the MODSQUAD website and download the WinResTools Wizard as apart from a load of other useful heat tools also has a tga to tex converter and works a treat on xp. Rusty Posted February 7, 2007 Report Share Posted February 7, 2007 Why make it a .TEX file when al you need is CAR(number here).TGA and then open up Mod Launcher 2. And select mod you want to install skin too. and go Utilities, installers then the bottom one then it will go browse and you click the drop down arrow for file type and choose .TGA and find your file Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

mr gobby Posted February 11, 2007 Report Share Posted February 11, 2007 hi all, i did have mkex a couple of months ago... had to do a fresh install of everything(windows,the lot!) now when i put mktex in my skins folder and try run/command.... it gives me this error...any help???
