Converting a skin

Right I need help lol as I was painting a skin yesterday and went to convert it . followed the steps it said on skin painting page on uk dirt site and it wouldnt work for some reason . done everything right .

 

Any ideas what it could be or maybe something am doing wrong

make sure its a 24bit uncompressed 512x512 tga

r u using winres i had problems but download winres and convert them in thet it should work go on mod squad go on downloads and get winres
