Bombers/Rookie bangers

By the end of the year i am hoping to finally start racing, and im hoping to start out in the bombers around Hednesford,Birmingham and Northampton. But i am not sure i would have the knowledge to convert a road car to racing spec. I was wondering if it is possible to buy a ready to race car/pay someone to get it ready or if second hands ones exist???

The only downside is he doesent race at any of those tracks, so if you wanted to use him you would have to travel down south to one of the S! tracks
