Laptop Graphics processors are built into the motherboard so they can fit into the case. I don't think you can upgrade the graphics card on them m8.

It must be the type of on board graphics chip used in your specifec model, as my 2 year old Inspiron 6400 with 'onboard graphics' ran R-factor (both trial and full version) albeit with the graphics options turned down. It might be worth contacting Dell Support to see if it is actually an upgradable chip or whether its the whole motherboard that would need changing.

Have you tried downloading the latest drivers from Dell Support? Its very easy from their website. You just enter your tag number (on the base of the laptop) that is unique to your machine and a list of relevant downloads appear for you to choose from.

Good luck
