new graphics card help

got a new graphics card yesterday to cure my FPS in rfactor its done that works fine in rfactor works fine in tiger woods 08 but when i try to play heat track goes all messed and no idea how to cure it any help would and will be greatly appretiated. screenshot below shows what i mean about heat.

 

the card is a radeon 2600XT HD
