bobtastic266 Posted December 14, 2007 Report Posted December 14, 2007 the stoxline logo could be brought down and to the left a bit
walker Posted December 14, 2007 Report Posted December 14, 2007 Good for a 1st go mate . Dont use decals all the time as that aint always best way to make a car look nice Try making new decals from scratch and see how you get on ,Takes a bit to get used to painting skins but you get used to it as you go along . walker
632jas Posted December 14, 2007 Author Report Posted December 14, 2007 will give it a go (y) i have tried decals there not to great i can post em up if anyone wants them?
splinter Posted December 14, 2007 Report Posted December 14, 2007 overall design looks good Some tips: 1) Adjusting the size of Stoxnet logo, etc. They look better smaller than being too big than disappearing off edges of panels 2) Click Sharpen image on the logos, and the small logos will look less blurry when in the game 3) Increase the contrast and brightness on each logo a small amount if neceserry, can make them look 'stronger' and more colourful 4) You could do with your name/nickname on the front, and number on the sides 5) Create the skin in 1024x1024 then flattend it and re-size it to 512x512 for the final skin once completed (important to remember this if using it to race on-line)
