hi everyone. Ive been painting skins for a while and i just got a few decal sheets, but i was wondering how you make the decals bigger/smaller? i know you can zoom in and out but it makes no difference when u put it onto the template.

I use psp9, all I do is click on the layer/decal I want to resize, and then use the ' deform' tool.
