freew67
Why would you want to install an older version of RF?

MarcG
its for my pc it cant take the newest version the old versions wont make any difference at all!
matthew413
The old version is incompatible with any servers running the latest version. So you wouldn't be able to race online. How old is your old version?
Hutch#331
the graphic settings can be lowered on the new version too mate, from old to new it shouldn't make a diffrence

splinter
well whit the the version of 1.150 i had no problem, but whit 1.255 every time i start up my pc the pc schuts down 1.250 version had a few 'niggles' which made the game slower but the following 1.255 is the latest version and wont slow it down over the original 1.150 version. If it does, maybe you're short of hard drive space, got a corrupt file (if so re-download & install, you wont need to re-activate) or you're just short of RAM memory. Ideally you need at least 1GB of ram (depending on what other programs/processes you have running in the background) If you really want to start all over again, just delete your rfactor folder and install the old version
