Printer problem

Hi

 

for a few weeks now my printer has been playing up

 

Anytime I want to print a picture from a stock car meeting or online stock car pic from a online meeting (yes sad I know) it comes out black and white even tho I set it to print a a colour document/picture it still comes out in black and white.

 

I dont know what the problem is and wondering if anyone knows what it is as its starting to do my head in .

 

The make of printer is a lexmark

 

My Ink cartridges (sorry bad spelling) are full as I checked them not long ago and still print black and white.

 

Help would be great .

Have you tried a test print from the lexmark software?

will try that and if that dont work will try reinstalling the software for it and if that dont work then I dont have a clue.
