DanSkin Posted May 10, 2008 Report Posted May 10, 2008 Type it into the phone. You'll need to press up on the D-pad twice to bring up the buttony bit. Then make the call. It's not a "never attract police attention" cheat though, it just removes what wanted level you have at the time...
