photoshop skin painting guide

im new to this and hav jus got photoshop to paint my own skins

 

i was wonderin if any of you ad a decent guide for doin this with photoshop

 

and yes.. before any of u say look above.... i have. it cums up with "page not found"

 

if you cud please help than i wud b very grateful
