cheers mate. i have that but i convert but nuffin happend's. do i have to do sumthing to the photoshop image befor i save as tga?

When you save it as a .tga, b4 you finally click save click the options and make sure its set to 24bit, uncompressed ok mate...will do nothing otherwise like whats happening atm for u
