Sound Problem

Hi,

 

A few months ago i've bought a new pc.. It's a second hand one but it's a better one that my old one anway.

 

Although i have a few problems, when listening to music in media player my sound is fine.. but when i watch youtube or whatever is on the internet with sound/music i can't hear it.

It's the same with Nascar Heat, i've been playing some games fine with music, but some other games dont have sound like Nascar Heat which is quite annoying with online racing as i can't hear the gears etc.

 

Any idea's?
