help with rfactor skinning

1st of all i use psp 10 so dont say anything about photoshop as i dont think it will help

 

i was painting a saloon (sierra) i has finished it put on all the signs etc. then i put it in the game with its own .veh file when i looked at it in the game it was just like the template, not the skin i made any help plz???

p.s. i have look at the skinning help thingy on the rfactor forum and that dont help

save it as a dds????? correct chassis name??
