Enlarged icons

Hi i turned my lap tap on this after noon and every think is bigger icons task bar and any think i load up tryed restarting but still every think is enlarged any ideas ? anyone.

try right clicking on desktop click properties and then settings and change the screen resolution

Right Click, Properties, Appearances, Effects, and then Un Tick the 'Use large icons'.
