jasonmoore Posted February 16, 2009 Report Posted February 16, 2009 Hi, im using autodesk 3d max 2009, and am trying out making a new car, ive dun the modelling, but am having trouble exporting it I go file export then save as 3ds. Then using 3ds2mod i attempt to convert to to pacecar file However this does not seem to working in-game Any ideas? CHeers Jason
stig727 Posted February 16, 2009 Report Posted February 16, 2009 have you named the parts of your model correctly in 3dmax? and alos once you have the pacecar file, you need winres tools to create a .car file which should work in game whan you put the physics in with it. modeling is only half of the job getting it in game i find much hard.
