Johno3 Posted March 4, 2009 Report Posted March 4, 2009 (edited) Hello Guys, After discussions with the UK Dirt F1 Disciplinary Teams, it has been decided that the current disciplinary procedure needs to be tightened up, and thus tougher punishments will be handed out complaints. As we have seen so far this season, Heat numbers have taken a little bit of a dip, and we want to make sure it is not disciplinary that is causing people to leave. Rfactor F1 also starts in the coming weeks, and we do not want that to get too ’bumper happy’ as well, as it perhaps did at times in the recent Winter Series. Please bear in mind that complaints need to be sent if you think you have been mistreated on the track, or have seen some behaviour on track that you think is not suitable. The F1 Admin Team will of course reserve the right to act on anything that they see, but in the main, if there is no complaint, then disciplinary action will probably not be taken. It is therefore up to you to take two minutes to PM a member of the F1 Admin Team, with the race, rough time, and a very brief description of the incident. Each case will be judged on a individual basis, but please bear in mind any points that you get remain on your licence for the duration of a season. This means there is some drivers who already have some disciplinary points, and will need to be careful. So consider this a little bit of a warning, and thus, if you step out of line, you run the risk of getting more points than you currently would for specific incidents, and thus you will be closer to getting a ban, or depending on the incident, you may get a ban first time round.
