Computer wont turn on ..........

Hi all,

 

As the title says, my computer wont turn on with a wireless keyboard and mouse. I have to plug a Wired usb keyboard in aswell in order to get the computer to boot up.

Any ideas on this one? I've had a search on google but it seems to be alot of info which is mac related.
