Lee Posted August 12, 2009 Report Posted August 12, 2009 (edited) dont get it.... overpriced for what it is. http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct....201&subcat= Also, does it have to be a laptop? or can it be a desktop, as could easily get a computer within that budget thats twice as good as a laptop. Lee Posted August 13, 2009 Report Posted August 13, 2009 Well if you want to pay more money for a laptop thats not as good as other shops i would reccomend pc world and currys. Cant really get anything better for the price than what i posted above.
TamValentine351 Posted August 13, 2009 Report Posted August 13, 2009 Hi lads, im after a laptop to run Rfactor Lfs And Banger heat, Just wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction? Maybe post some links of some that will run these? Thanks Sam http://www.cdiscount.co.uk/Computing/lapto...0Aspire%205715Z This is the exact model of laptop i ran rFactor and Heat on when i started out, but you lose some of the Functions due to lack of keys (camera views etc nothing that affects game play), it was not to bad and ran the games ok but the graphics had to be turned down on rFactor if a lot of people were on line and couldn't be upgraded so i changed to a desk top.
Sam326 Posted August 13, 2009 Author Report Posted August 13, 2009 (edited) Thanks for replies, Would the laptop that Sibbs posted up run the game? Also been looking at this, Any good? Thanks Sam Edited August 13, 2009 by Sam326
Hutch#331 Posted August 13, 2009 Report Posted August 13, 2009 Honestly sam yer wasting yer cash on a laptop for that price that will barley run rfactor when ye coulod have a cracking base unit

Hutch#331 Posted August 13, 2009 Report Posted August 13, 2009 Unless yer taking the bus i'd be loading the car up with the pc nae worries
