Consolation Semi Final Information

Hello Guys,

 

Here is a list of the qualifiers for the consolation semi final.

 

Group 1 is the group of drivers that have raced in their semi final and Group 2 is the group of drivers that did not race in their semi final.

 

Please note, the list of drivers is in number order, and not the order you will be on the grid. The grid will be given out in the meeting information, once we know which drivers are booked in for the meeting.

THOSE DRIVERS IN BOLD HAVE BOOKED IN FOR THE MEETING.

 

- All drivers that have raced a World Championship Qualifying Round will be able to enter (this means a possible 25 drivers).

- Drivers will be split into two groups:

Group 1: Drivers who raced in their Semi Final, but did not qualify.

Group 2: Drivers who did not race in their Semi Final.

- Each group will be gridded grades within grades according to the Grading Points Chart.

- Group 2 will start behind Group 1. We are yet to finalise the distance, but I would expect it to be about 2 grade gaps distance (which will effectively mean group 1 start where the whites do, and group 2 where the blues do). THIS DOES HOWEVER NEED TO BE CONFIRMED BY OUR ADMIN TEAM.

- Race to be run over 16 laps, and will most probably be run as a heat race, rather than an extra race.

- Top 4 drivers qualify for the World Final.
