Walker363 Posted August 18, 2009 Report Share Posted August 18, 2009 Hi For the last few weeks I have been getting junk emails from folk and been getting told I have been forwarding junk mail to other folk on my hotmail contacts and I am wondering how do I stop this. I have tried different settings on my hotmail account to stop it but no success and I am starting to get really annoyed. As for people saying you have been sending e-mails you either have a virus that you are not aware of or your e-mail address has been cloned. In the computer industry, the term became widely used in referring to imitations of the IBM PC by Compaq, Dell, and others. No its not hacked, they are just hiding the original e-mail address with a copy of yours. You will never stop spam I have an e-mail address that I haven't given to anyone and it is only used for one specific thing yet that gets spam.
