Long shot here mate, try copying + pasting the Heat.bin file into the temp folder manually?

ill try that but atm i cant seem to find the heat.bin :(

unhide hidden folders and then run the windows search for it, it used to be in a hidden folder in c:/documents and settings/<your username> iirc.

google show hidden folders for vista and there is plenty of guides. Had to learn about it when i download some spyware and my programs didnt detect it. By the time i pulled my finger out i had to scan through hidden folders etc till i found the name of it (thanks to processes tab)
