car manager problem

hi guys, im planning on returning

 

downloaded practically everything in order

 

but the car manager isnt working properly, when clicking to open it the following message comes up

 

"component `msinet.ocx` or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid"

 

any help, appreciated

Are you on Vista ifso try running it as administrater

There is a file you have to download but I can't remember where I got it from
