Buxton tonight

Buxton is the venue for the meeting today for the Tarmac Masters Final.

 

This race was introduced last season and was run at Ipswich with Michael(2) being the inaugral winner. Michael started the race on row four, occupying the inside position. By the end of lap two he was in second position, and for the following two laps led the race, swapping places with MoR(137). MoR re-took the lead on lap five, keeping it for eleven laps. Michael led for the last four laps and crossed the line as the winner with MoR in second place and rounding out the podium places was Mike(315) in third.

 

The meeting format will be:

Consolation (if necessary)

Grand Final

Grand National (x2 if necessary)

2 (or 3) Thursday Night Thunder races

 

The grid for the Tarmac Masters Final is determind by the points awarded at every tarmac meeting so far this season, using the multiplication system; with the highest point scorer in pole position.
