Nascar Heat Server Problem

When i try to join a different server or enter a different ip it keeps crashing for some reason and saying multiplayer cannot be suspended, no idea why but it keeps doing it.

 

Im running windows 7 and running it as adminstrator and no idea whats up with it.

Hey dode, I had that problem a couple of months back with my old computer an Xp, i removed game a installed again, it worked for me, or try installing a different mod.
