rFactor setup

Looking at getting a new (to me at least) PC for rFactor.

 

Zoostorm, Intel Celeron Dual Core g540 speed 2.5ghz Intel graphics hd2000.

 

Is this ok to run rFactor medium to good?

or a Dell 4GB Dual core with nvidia graphics.

2nd one looks good on paper, do you have a link to the machine you are looking at?
