problem trying to get chat working

hi

 

i've downloaded and installed the chat program, but as soon as i open it, the exe file disappears. i thought it might be the anti-virus, so i disabled it and reinstalled, but it still vanishes every time.

 

any ideas? because i really don't know what to do.

Where are you installing it too?

Use this for now until you get it sorted, just type in your name and click go and it will connect you to the chat.

i've tried installing in program files, out of program files in C:\, making exceptions for the exe with the antivirus didn't help either
