IF you head to the UKDirt website and right click on the download link and open in new tab it will download it for you.

tryed it and it keep saying ringwood rar when i download it

Thats what it should do, after its downloaded it should open WinRar and there should be a folder called Ringwood, just select it and drag it onto your desktop, then place it in the locations folder

i have tryed everything that ur saying guys and it still not working so ill leave it untill the end of the season and ill get someone to have a look for me

Download winrar if you haven't already and once you have downloaded the track open it and winrar will do it's thing so you can then do what Dane said and put it into your desktop then in you locations folder within rfactor
