Cabs Posted October 18, 2005 Report Posted October 18, 2005 cracking vids matey slipperyyyyyyyyy was an understatement on sunday, but it was certainly great fun! seems that when the speeds are down more 'fun' is had ? and no one is really any faster than anyone else. Only a tap (or not) was enough to send you spinning Perhaps I should have gone for the 401 into 717 lunge in the final and got me 'Oval Driving Competency Certificate' from the squashed Turtle Hope you sort your car out Timmy, looked like it was getting slower and slower in the GN
crasher407 Posted October 18, 2005 Report Posted October 18, 2005 Good vids guys especially the van bangers i pmsl when the kids near the fence nearly followed through when the big one went in And cabs nice to see you don't just miss online
TRAV365 Posted October 18, 2005 Report Posted October 18, 2005 nice clips lads what a superb meeting that was f2s plenty of action the saloon races i seen were totaly mental ht3 last laps was unreal i cant say ive been to a bad meeting at taunton in the last 5 years its one of the most underated tracks in this country due to its size and good turn outs theres always something that happens and the wed and sat night meetings up there are superb cant beat a meeting under the lights. the next f2 meeting there in 2 weeks should be great as its the marion farrell memorial final and always serves up lots of action and im sure tim will be out to stop jamesy from winning
misterbreg364 Posted October 18, 2005 Report Posted October 18, 2005 thnx, great clips, only the dd was abit darkish
Flyinsi Posted October 18, 2005 Report Posted October 18, 2005 thanx james missed my trips to taunton this year but hopefully try and do a few more meets next year
Gonzo441 Posted October 18, 2005 Report Posted October 18, 2005 Hi Guys I need some help with these video downloads. They always want to open up in Adobe Photo Shop and when I try opening them in a media player, they are unsuported. Any ideas?????? I know, I know, if I'd been there I wouldn't need to look at the vids to see what went on. Was Ian Govier ok? Cheers, Gonz
Jrusselluk Posted October 18, 2005 Author Report Posted October 18, 2005 Hi, Glad you all like the pics and clips, have to say Taunton is a great track, and I dont think i have ever been to a bad meeting there either. Gonzo, the videos are zipped up as they have to be to upload them to forum. Get winzip here!! The medics did go over to Ian but he was ok, James
Gonzo441 Posted October 19, 2005 Report Posted October 19, 2005 Yeah, I already unzipped them and got three files, a GRD file, an SIG and a TRI file. The only file that opens up is the GRD file which wants to run in photoshop. Any other thoughts? Thanks for the info on Ian. Got friendly with him at the British this year so was a bit concerned. Any rumours/gossip in the pits as to the possible introduction of new rules next year? Cheers, Gonz
Jrusselluk Posted October 19, 2005 Author Report Posted October 19, 2005 theres one .wmv file in each zip. James
