Where can I get the Ministox mod?

Does anyone know where the Ministox Heat mod can be downloaded from? I have the "old" version, but has the new one been released yet? Also, even if it hasn't, where can the old version be obtained?

 

And before anyone says, I have searched, and all the links seem to be dead.
