Dave488 Posted October 24, 2011 Report Posted October 24, 2011 (edited) The 2011 Shoot Out Championship Finale takes place at Birmingham Wheels on November 28th For 2011 there will be the opportunity to score points at 6 Qualification Rounds. The points scored in the GRAND NATIONALS at these rounds will create a points chart, from which the top 24 available drivers will be seeded directly into the Shoot Out Grand Final The Grand Nationals at the remaining 6 events of 2011 count: 24-10-11 - Coventry 31-10-11 - Hednesford 7-11-11 - Belle Vue 14-11-11 - Skegness 21-11-11 - Northampton 28-11-11 - Birmingham (Double Points) The driver who wins the meeting final will get double points for the national points if they finish in the top 10 of the GNs as per normal, But these double points DO NOT count towards the Shoot Out points, only normal points count form 10pts to 1pt for the top 10 and 20pts to 2pts at birmingham The final will then be held after the points for the series have all been added up after the GN at birmingham, The grid will be a `bumper to bumper' race in graded order,(Highest points from each grade at the front) This will be the last race of the 2011 season Edited October 24, 2011 by Dave488

Dave488 Posted November 1, 2011 Author Report Posted November 1, 2011 here is the table after round 2, as for putting it on the ukdirt site southy thats a job for leek really but i dont know if its worth adding it or not if its only a 1 year thing, if its going to be more than 1 year i think we need to rethink the rules to make it more interesting
