lmao, its only a brush, people make brushes and put them on the net for download for free, nothing illegal about it if they give permission for people to use them

Thats cos ministox are a good way of getting into tracing and sierras are dirt cheap and RWD (H)

You can also download brushes for photoshop, i have a lightning one that you can use for the effect on cars...
