Am no trying to be negative but a doubt fife council will give you planning permision. Plus the new track sounds kinda stupid because it basically knockhill in a oval shape. So i think you could only run some formuals e.g hot rods, stocks rods but doesn't sound that for contact forumals e.g saloons.
