Is msn down i cant get in 

my download racte has gone really bad it was on 112 kb/s  to 9kb/s any ideas whats wrong

Hi ive got the file i need for sims 2 but wat folder do i put it in ive tried the sims 2 folder but no luck the file i need was d3d9.dll

My sister just bought The Sims 2 and when she goes to play it comes up with a error message ive reinstlled it a number of times
