Hello I've never really liked Sexbierum but through out the meeting I just slowly got better and faster, happy to come out of the meeting with 20 points, had some good battles with the likes of Dode, Corny and SpikeJnr just to name a few. From where I was there werent any OTT hits from what I could see just good fast racing. Good to be back and I will certainly be back next week, does anyone know a good lap time for buxton?

Hello After some thinking over the last few weeks, ive decided to hang up my helmet up and retire from UKDirt, I just want to do other things and also with the new job etc I dont really have that much time for anything else and I dont want to finish work and come straight onto the computer (which I had been doing on a monday) and race where id would rather do other things. Dont get me wrong, ive loved and cherished the racing ive been doing since 2005 but like I said theres other things i want to concentrate on and UKDirt isnt on my list. Just want to say thanks to everyone that ive raced with since 2005 during the Heat days and early RFactor days with the likes of Dave, Aub, Trav, Budge, Spike, MC, Big Al, Parky, Tosh, Johno and alot of others, the list is too big to type lol but youve all giving me good memories in my career with some superb racing and some brilliant laughs. I am chuffed with what ive achived in my career winning some titles id thought I would never come close to win but just goes to show if you keep at it you will achive something that you thought you never would. I want to do my final F1 meeting since i managed to get to red grade but that wont be till 30th of this month, just want to see what its like near the back. I have met some people through UKDirt that I see as really good friends which just shows that UKDirt is a brilliant community to be a part of and I do hope it continues for many more years. Hopefully see some of yous round the tracks. Dont worry, I aint going to do a Mav and return in a few weeks and then retire again and come back again lol. David AKA DaveyBoy

I ended up doing in on powerpoint, much easier and faster to do the reports for me, don't worry about replying Johno, knew you would of been busy etc with other stuff. Would be good actually if there were a few more of us as I would still do my part with it when I can, think if we have more people involved the better the whole thing will be.

Hello Ive not been able to do any of the reports from the last two meetings as ive never really had time or something came up that I wanted to try (like skin painting) Another thing is now with me having a new job and also keeping my current one going within the next week or so I will soon struggle to keep F2 weekly updated. What I plan to do is over the next few days I will get the last two reports done and if someone wants to give these a try to do give me a PM or say on here and I will happily tell you what needs to do etc If worse comes to worse and no one doesnt fancy doing it I will keep doing them until someone wants to take over as I know people enjoy reading them so I dont want to disapoint them. I am hoping to get the two reports done by tuesday at the latest and then if no one doesnt take over I will get tomorrows meeting out by next friday.

Was a very run meeting tonight, happy with the two wins in the heats and getting 2nd in the final after leading most of the race...must say again unlucky to MoR. I was too confused with the final grid, as last week i was at the back but this week i was pole yellow, was going to say something but neither Kev or Johno said anything so thought there was something I didnt know. Wont be racing next week due to work so hopefully the week after I will be racing. Cheers to kev and mike for the meeting.

after 5 years or so ive finally started doing my own skins, recently started on a F1 tarmac car, its nowhere near finished and some im not happy with (like flames for example on the bonnet)

Enjoyed last Thursday, was some good racing in most of the races. Was great to see the likes of Al, Spikejnr and other whites doing well in their races. The Skegness track felt a bit awkward for me to drive round with me sometimes just going wide on the bends but after a good few laps with the tire wear i was able to go round the corners perfect but of course not making me be fastest round the bends but starting from yellow and being out infront was'nt a problem. First heat I was terrible as I could'nt find the braking points to go round the bends and then coming across Savage he started to turn me into the fence on the straight and just lost my head and just lauched at him resulted in me going over the fence. Second heat was a lot better with me and Danskin getting away and thought at one point i was gaining on him but slipped back but finished in second. Third heat was away from the yellows and got infront of the whites after a little bit of difficulty getting away from Spikejnr but was out infront keeping a distance from Danskin but made a error starting the last lap and he was able to past but last bend i put the bumper in and lucky enough took the win. Final was away from the yellows and got past the whites this time without any problems and tried to keep it steady throughout the rest of the race but carnage started to happen with back markers which I was lucky enough to avoid, had a slight scare with Savage just lauching himself just behind when a few laps down wiping someone out but was able to keep calm and take the win. I cant remember much in the UK Open, just remember almost spinning out at the start but just went into the first bend with the bumper and which everyone else done and was in a massive pile up lol, came out and clawed myself back to 7th I think it was. Big well done to MOR for taking the UK Open one of the few drivers I respect most in UKDirt, and well done to Danskin for top points scoring. Don't know when I was next be able to race as I was lucky to have last thursday off from work, would like to have a another meeting in this grading period so I can go to a higher grade, or do i already go up a grade for winning the final? Been busy for a few hours yesterday before i had work at 7 but had a slight delay as i didnt have a reply so thanks to Simon for getting the reply for me and i managed to sort everything out this morning, even includin a few bits and peices. This next issue has reports from Belle vue, Kings Lynn and last monday's Arena Essex and also added an Interview...hope you all enjoy this one. Must say I struggled in the meeting itself, was doing fine in praccy but couldnt get anywhere near the times i was lapping i did in praccy in the meeting. It must be the nature of the track I think as It was the same as the first meeting there at the start of the season where as other tarmac meetings ive been fine. Had some good battles, few with nezza again and some with Fordy, but disapointed with the points as only finished once in the top 10. Im undecided wether to do the next meeting with it being tarmac again, we shall see though. lol Pusher I did want to be a blocker for you but nothing I could do once Tosh and Lee came through. WD to Woody for winning the final.

Really enjoyed the meeting lastnight with me starting at red, after the first heat and only getting 8th I thought I would get the low places all night but second heat was better getting 4th. The final was the best race of the night for me having a good little battle with nezza for god knows how many laps and managing to escape a last bend from him to take 3rd. Same for the GN good race with nezza but managing to keep away from his front bumper on the last bend. Felt sorry for leech as he was the fastest out there but still cant have the good luck when it comes to finals and getting himself into bother, sure you will get a final win soon leech. Must say huge congrats to pusher for getting your win, was expecting you to take the final aswell but sure your first final win come soon enough. Looking forward to next week see how well I do from red on tarmac. Cheers for the meeting, Spike/Tom/Dave

Didn't expect to get some wins tonight, but does make up after the disapointment in the Final thanks to Savage, didn't have a clue what he was doing as when I got right behind him, he seemed to back off on the racing line blocking me which making me try to force my way through and when I was almost about to take over him he turns in a little bit stopping me from getting past and spinning me out. Whats actually annoyed me most is that he did'nt even apologize afterwards and just said he was going. I know Muniz said he has problems with his steering but he could of easily moved out of the way and not hold me up. Right whinge out of the way lol oher than that, brilliant racing, I knew I had it easy starting from yellow but like i said didnt expect to get 3 wins, even enjoyed practice with Harmen before the meeting. Well Done Munis for taking the Final Thanks for running it spike and Kev.

Evening Here F2 Weekly Issue 8 with part 2, couldnt do what I wanted to by putting all the last 3 meetings into one. I will get the buxton british sorted out over the next few days. These may look abit different than other issues as I wanted to get through the last few meetings but everything will be back to normal for the Belle Vue report. Really enjoyed lastnight untill the internet decided to turn off and not come back on after resetting the bloody thing twice. Both hits went well, like skeet said had a good little battle but decided to settle down and try catch Fast Track which I wasnt able to do as I had to avoid spinning cars etc lol, but managed to get him early in the second heat and pull away abit. I had to win the GN to make up for the Final but think i found myself very lucky as a little tap on FT on last bend spun him and i managed to get past him in time to take the flag. Quite looking forward to next week, espcially if i go to red Cheers for the meeting Spike.
