i installed all the patchers there fine but when i go to race and there skins are nas car

why my game wont work i installed nascar heat like it says then installed multipach then it works like with the 1.5a in corner but then when i install the second 1 it wont do noting please help sum 1

hello any1 who can help i rebuilt a new computer and instaled the nascar heat then i got to install the multipatch but the game will not work why i dont know ive done the same as i did be for and it was fine
