my dad has aol and some netgear router. we had lots of trouble trying to set it up and we must of spent the routers value in phone calls to wherever to get help the main thing we found is that you need to find you ORIGINAL aol password as in the very first one you used and your very first email adress. hope this could be of somehelp. if not best idea is to ring the netgear people.

not sure really do you use the windows key to minimize the screen to check for people in chat etc only thing i can think of it the game isnt reloading properly when resuming. if you do that it is.
