F2 Stockcars V5.4 is now available to download! This includes the latest RCE model as well as a host of upgrades for earlier vehicles. All of this work has once again been completed by Dane Bell. Many thanks once again to Dane for all his hard work on the F2 mod. Downloads available from the website!

Durk won the final tonight, his first ever I believe so well done to him. SKint top scored, JohnH taking his maiden win in the survivor and Tom Davison won the last race of the season, The Champ of Champs

 

That is it for me, I won't be running these again as was established in the server. The only reason I raced the second half of the season was to see it out as I committed to running it so that's as good a reason as any to end it.

World 240 this evening, we have a change of format due to time restraints with myself.

 

First 3 heats of the meeting will be the World 240. Top points scorer over these 3 heats will be the champion.

 

The rest of the meeting will then follow with a further 2 heats, final and survivor to finish. All heats and final will be points scoring as normal.

Updated to include replays

Another superb Teams meeting. Thanks to everyone that raced and made it a smooth meeting to run. The Nelson Tigers after a slow start to the meeting found their feet quickly and ran out the winners after a close fought final with the reigning and multiple previous champions, the Rotarua Rebels.

 

The new Manawatu Mustangs team for this year started well and showed promise but fell short at the semi final stage The Mustangs cliched third place in the runoff race with the hastily put together GB Lions team who certainly didn't disgrace themselves throughout the meeting considering how late it was that they got sorted. The Mustangs also won the Revenge race at the end of the meeting with only about 5 cars finishing!

It's looking like a 4 team format if the Lions can get sorted so we will work on that basis.

 

Info

Firstly, your in-game name must be in the following format: RebelsMarten, TigersDanSkin etc. You may use any chassis in that team that is available.

 

Discord will have specific channels for your team, please use them.

 

Meeting format is that every team will race each other once in the heats. Top 4 in each heat will score points.

 

The 5 lap rule and start line rule does not apply for this meeting.

1st: 10

2nd: 5

3rd: 3

4th: 1

 

RACE FORMAT

 

 

 

Once all the heats are done, the top 4 teams will go through to the Semi Finals.

 

Semi Final 1 = 1st vs 4th (10 laps)

 

Semi Final 2 = 2nd vs 3rd (10 Laps)

 

First across the line will then progress to the Grand Final

 

3rd Place Race (10 Laps)

 

Grand Final (15 Laps) First across the line in the Final are the winners.

 

Teams Revenge Race (20 Laps)

 

There will also be a 3rd place runoff race before the final (10 Laps) and a 20 lap Teams Revenge race featuring every team at 100% damage. First across the line or last man standing the winner so please do stay around for that.

 

Heat Gridding and Calling

 

The team called first in their respective heat will have the inside (ie: Tigers vs Rebels. Tigers would have inside). Each team will have roughly the same number of heats inside and outside.

 

You will be lining up in the middle of the back straight rather than the front straight, This is to save time by having to usually drive slow a full lap to line up. A steward will show you where to line up.

 

Teams are to grid alternatively on each row.

NZ Team Championships 2019: Bookings

 

Teams are to be made up of 4 members, ALL 4 MEMBERS MUST BE NOMINATED WHEN BOOKING IN STATING WHICH TEAM YOU WANT. Teams will be given on a first come first served basis. If you do not nominate 4 members initially, it will not be accepted.

 

NOTE: Priority will be given to teams previously entered in past events, We reserve the right to alter team allocations at any time.

 

There is a separate thread up for drivers who are looking for a team and for teams looking for drivers. Look HERE

 

Format will depend on the amount of teams, if there are more than 4 teams then Semi Finals/Grand Final format will be used. Every team will race each other once in the heats over 10 laps. Finals will be 15 laps.

 

There will also be a end of meeting Teams Revenge race, which will include all teams in a Survivor rules, 20 lap race. First across the line or still running the winner

Finals: 1st car across the line is the winner for their team.

It was two in a row for SKint, who won the New Zealand Championships on Thursday! Congrats to SKint who now has the use of 1nz if he chooses. 2nz and 3nz went the way of Tom Davison and HGR so well done to them. I top scored somehow and Toff rounded off the evening with a win in what was the most destructive survivor so far.
