Due to the unforeseen popularity of this event, I've had to make the decision to cap bookings to 8 TEAMS ONLY. This is in order to ensure we actually finish the meeting at a decent time. We currently have 7 teams already booked, leaving room for one more booking...

As our World 240 actually clashes with the real World 240 (I knew it was close but wasn't aware it was the same day with the time difference), the fixture has now been moved back a week to the 23rd January The 16th of January will now be the Grand Prix, this also gives everyone an extra meeting to score points towards the 240 qualification. Auld Lang Syne Team Championships: Bookings 02/01/2014 It’s time of year for some teams action with the NZ Superstocks! We have two meetings planned for teams, the first being a non championship event for bragging rights and the main Teams Championship later on in the series. Teams are to be made up of 4 members, ALL 4 MEMBERS MUST BE NOMINATED WHEN BOOKING IN STATING WHICH TEAM YOU WANT. Teams will be given on a first come first served basis. If you do not nominate 4 members initially, it will not be accepted. There is a separate thread up for drivers who are looking for a team and for teams looking for drivers. Look HERE Format will depend on the amount of teams, if there are more than 4 teams then Semi Finals/Grand Final format will be used. Every team will race each other once in the heats over 10 laps. Finals will be 15 laps. Heat Points: 1st - 10 2nd - 5 3rd - 3 4th - 1 Finals: 1st car across the line is the winner for their team. Your reigning champion here is Jack who is not racing this evening so we will have a new North Island champion. Format tonight is 5 Heats followed by a Feature Final with an allcomers race to finish with. Please be aware of the rules, I am reposting them here as well. All racing is to be done in an anti-clockwise direction and on the dirt. This means no grass cutting or wall riding (using wall to get around the corner, Grass cuts includes the Pole line 2 or more wheels). No attacking off the infield or oppo. Turning right from pole or parking against the wall and attacking random cars as they pass by Slowing down and blocking is acceptable but lap after lap or every race is not.
