Just right-click the file you want to open, go to 'Open With' then select Photoshop, that should let you open it in Photoshop. If 'Open with' isn't there, right click the file and go to 'Properties'. Then click the bit I've circled in the pic below and select Photoshop. [attachmentid=23429] The TGA files will be flattened (all on 1 layer) so they might be a wee bit tricky to paint. You should be able to make a layered version from it though
