I've lost pretty much everything lol, though I'm starting to reload stuff. I'm number 192 in the free leagues, don't race in UKDirt. Its just most people who do the free leagues are registed on this forum aswell, so I was hoping some of them would have the files. I don't need any car files etc, I can just download them again, thanks for asking though EDIT: Thanks Rodder for uploading that tex file. I think thats actually Jenny's XJ6c skin, but I need it aswell, cheers.

I've had problems with my computer, which led to me having to format the hard disk and reinstall windows. I've lost most of my online racing stuff due to this. If anyone has the .tex files for any of the skins I've used in the Banger leagues, could they please post them up?

Agreed. Everything has to turn into an argument, usually with me being picked on, despite the original subject matter having nothing to do with me. They start as reasonable discussions, but as soon as I post, it turns into an all on Erik slagging match over nothing.

Headbanger, if someone else hasn't already offered, I'll do the renders for you if you want. You will need to ask Freejohn for the tga, if you haven't already done so. I can also do the Spongebob skin, assuming its a Banger one you're after. I made a few Spongebob decals a while back which could be useful for this. Let me know

Assuming its Bangers you're on about, its quite simple. Just merge the body panels together (driver's side, passenger's side, bonnet etc), assuming this isn't done already. Then turn them grey using the Ctrl + u thingy. Now copy the layer, and, making sure the copy is above the original, turn it (the copy) pure white (so you lose the details). Then make it an 'overlay'. You can now use the paint bucket to make this layer the colour(s) you want, instead of the white. Once you've made your signs etc, simply merge them onto this layer, then you're done. Hope this helps

Agreed, it's not worth it. I can say what I want, but this lot still won't take me seriously, and I'll just be 'digging a hole' (I'm good at this). If I was 10/20 years older, they would have just read my post and given more reasoned feedback, but because I'm not, I usually just get people trying to make a fool of me, Mr Cod's posts are a prime example of this.

How on earth can you come out with such a statement such as follow-ins belong in the saloons A follow-in in a banger has the potential to be bad enough,but with that the car takes some of the impact and has a degree of give as such,a saloon however isnt exactly the same now is it with the driver liable to take more of the effects of the impact on himself rather than the car... Who said that follow-ins in the Bangers and the Saloons were the same/had the same effect? I'd agree that Bangers have more give, and to an extent, the car takes the impact, rather than the driver. I would also agree that the reverse is true for the Saloons (hence why I want to do Bangers). The Saloons should be no-holds-barred racing, but how can this be the case if follow-ins aren't allowed? I saw a couple of follow-ins in the Saloons last year at Crimond, and found them great to watch, so as far as I'm concerned, that's where they belong, as oppose to in the F2s where they are even more dangerous.
