hi mate. i havnt raced online for a while but i have vista and this is what i always use. just copy/paste youre tga file 24 bit uncompressed into the folder. (make sure its simply called 'car'. then double click the 'tex' file. theres an mktex file in there as well i didnt delete it in case it needs both to work. cheers, damo.

thats a top effort for a beginner. i cant even render all i get is chocolate wheels and a skinless car lmao but keep going im sure it will look tiptop when finished.

What is the 3 lights of death ?

it hasnt happened to mine yet - touch wood but i think they are referring to when the lights on the front ( the ones that go green to show which pads are connected near the power button) turn red indicating the machine has a major fault.

ive pre-ordered gta4 for my 360 already. ive always had playstations. ive had a ps1 and ps2 but the price of the ps3 at the time put me off so i got a 360 to give it a go. i must admit im fairly impressed so far. ive got moto gp 2007, call of duty 4, fifa 2008 and need for speed pro street. the thing that is annoying is gran turismo isnt going to be on the 360 and its one of my favourite all time games. bearing this in mind i mind sell my 360 , buy a ps3 and then i can buy all the above games and get gran turismo 5 aswell.

ive been having problems with windows vista signing in to msn with the following intermittent error. 81000306 so after trying all the trobleshooting tips without any luck i emailed microsoft support who emailed me back and what i did seems to have cured it. im posting so it may help others with similar problems in the future. heres what you need to do (taken from microsofts email):

If you are using Windows Vista, disable the Auto Tuning Networking feature: a. Click Start, click All Programs, click Accessories, and then right-click Command Prompt and choose Run as administrator.

b. Click Continue when Windows requests permission to continue.

c. At the command prompt, type the following command, and then press ENTER: netsh interface tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled

Note This command disables the Window Auto Tuning feature.

After you disable the Auto Tuning Networking feature, verify if you are able to sign into Messenger.

the bonnet was off when i took the pics but it shouldnt be hard to get pics of a mk1 tina bonnet off the net i wouldnt of thought.

how do u get them 2 work in 3ds?

im not an expert but i think you need to save them as a tga file if you are using them for renders.

as title says autograss racer and signwriter carl secker is interested in starting a new club for r/c bangers at holbeach, lincs. we would like to get some preliminary ideas and see how much interest there would be for one. we are just interested at the moment in whether you are interested then we will setup a website and forum etc to discuss possible rules and nights to hold it on etc.

i live in bourne and was watching shaun of the dead on itv2 when the lounge walls started moving. the rumbling went on for bout 4 seconds then it died down but could still feel a faint vibration for bout 30 seconds after. was wierd cos we have all our trophies on shelves and they all started dancing. its a good job i wasnt watching most haunted cos i think i wouldve ran like forest gump if i had been lol.

ah i see now. it has now vinyl roof and the back end has more of a rounded feel to it like a mk1 capri and theres no air vent in the rear quarter behind the window

£300 for a Cressida

it was up 4 sale for that but he swapped the guy a fiesta with a few months mot and tax for it. it had mot on it when he got it.

calum the 4 litre r he raced at icebreaker had no engine/box, no inner or outer sills, hardly any good floor and he put a cortina steering rack and column on it instead of the 4litre r steering. he spent 3 weeks building it and it was already stripped when he got it.

some of the classics he has are worthy of mot'ing. in fact an a60 he has was mot ' d and tax'd and he hiab'd it lol

the p2 is only being used for the panels to put on the one he raced last year so lynn can use it as a show car again this year.

i cant stand it when people make models and dont release templetes.

oh goody does that mean i can have the mk1 coupe limo now. lol

im finishing stripping my mk4 tina estate for boneshayker this sunday so as its in slicks shed ill have a wonder round and take some pics of some of his tin. just to wet the appetites he has got:

 

rover p2 , used rover p2, lots of p5's, couple p4's, more than 15 mk5 tina, mk3 tina, mk1 tina (being built for gd friday mildo), mk2 grannys, mk2 limo, mk3 limo and hearse, mk2 jag, 2 x xjs's, few voles, vole 244, some rare daf thing, few laurels, lhd cressida, mk1 lincoln limo, my wolsley 18/85, a60 estate, a60, mk1 and 2 escorts, capris, ldv 400 ambulance, datsun 180b, couple of big mercs, mazda 626's and 323's and a few mondeos. theres more but i cant remember lol.

Some guy in Tavistock(Devon) has just imported a Bugatti Veyron, but in the next month or so he is exporting it to Africa, bit of a waste really.

last thing i heard there was 80 left unordered. the first thing i would do if i won the lotto jackpot would book the church for my funeral then head straight to the nearest vw dealership lmao.
