Thats a good start mate, its not easy when your making somthing in 3D Max. Good Effort we gonna see a rude boi full body kit next? My tip is to deleate the number fin to make it look more road like, to do that you need to: right click the model (after you select it) --> Convert to --> convert to editable poly --> click "Vertext" under selection (3 red dot button) then a load of blue dots should appear over the car, then select the ones that make up the number fin then press the deleate key

Cheers FBF, that means something coming from a top modeller such as yourself Iv been building up to making a car, after my A Level exams il try to make one, not sure what yet though, everything seems to have already been made!! lol Any surgestions? RFactor If you really want a challenge create a car for this game, much better graphics and physics (it seems) still in the testing stages but it looks good so far! Just need a few more to have a bash at creating bangers (FBF ) Is there some information somewhere about how you make a car? like does it have to be within a certain wheelbase or track to "fit" in the game? or dos it have to fit in any other boundaries? I think i was told that the poly limit for a car is 3,000, would that be the same for R-Facter? or are you allowed more polys for that? cheers for the surgestions

Looking good Erik, defintaly better with propper wheels Looks great! The car looks slightly to small, to bring it up to the right size you need to "scale" it up. Right click on the car, click Scale on the list that pops up, make sure the triangle curser is in the middle of the triangle thing. Then click and hold down on the car, then move the mouse forward and backward to make the car bigger and smaller. Then when its the right size release the mouse button. right click the car again and secect "move" then you will be back to the movment tool. But apart from that its looking good, nice work Erik mate
